3. Engagement & Acceptance

By engaging our services, you confirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • The information you provide to us is accurate and complete
  • You have the authority to enter into this agreement
  • You agree to cooperate with our team and provide necessary information in a timely manner

4. Quotations & Pricing

All quotations provided by Quintx Limited are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices are tailored to each project based on scope and complexity.

  • All prices are quoted in GBP (British Pounds)
  • VAT will be applied where applicable
  • Additional work beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before proceeding
  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the project scope changes significantly

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be outlined in your project proposal or invoice. General terms include:

  • A deposit may be required before work commences
  • Invoices are payable within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed
  • Late payments may incur interest at 8% above the Bank of England base rate, in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
  • We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are overdue

6. Client Responsibilities

To ensure successful delivery of our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information required for your project
  • Respond to queries and requests for approval in a timely manner
  • Grant reasonable access to premises for site surveys where required
  • Inform us promptly of any changes to your requirements
  • Provide all necessary documents for visa and immigration applications truthfully and completely

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the work we produce remain with Quintx Limited until full payment has been received. Upon full payment:

  • Architectural drawings and designs are licensed to you for the agreed project only
  • Software and digital products are licensed as specified in the project agreement
  • We reserve the right to use anonymised project images and descriptions in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing

8. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not share your personal or project information with third parties except where:

  • It is necessary to deliver our services (e.g., submitting planning applications to local authorities or visa applications to the Home Office)
  • We are required to do so by law
  • You have given us written consent

9. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver the highest quality services:

  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific service in question

10. Cancellation & Refunds

If you wish to cancel a project:

  • Written notice of cancellation must be provided via email
  • Work completed up to the date of cancellation will be invoiced
  • Deposits are non-refundable unless no work has commenced
  • We reserve the right to cancel or withdraw from a project if the client breaches these Terms, fails to make payment, or provides false information
